Creating a daily mind – body – smile practice is something I invite everyone to participate in. It only takes a few minutes each day to open up the mind to the positive and uplifting events that are part of life’s journey.

Here are several suggestions for a daily mind – body – smile practice:

Find some uplifting music.

Get into a comfortable position to perform some simple yoga movements and don’t forget to focus on each and every breath.

Journaling, writing down the thoughts that go through your mind.

Journaling can be a very powerful tool for us all to learn and grow. Allow the pen to flow on the paper and don’t hesitate to write any thoughts, whether positive or negative, as they come into your mind. Letting out the negative can be very powerful and a great learning experience. Do not be afraid to share your feelings, thoughts and ideas with your journal.

It can also be very helpful to share your thoughts and feelings with friends or loved ones. We should each remember that these are our feelings and expressing them can be very helpful to growth and development for us all.

So pick something that works for you and begin a daily mind – body – smile practice today!

Love to all,

Dr. Rob
