Dr. Rob Kiltz

Dr. Robert Kiltz (Dr. Rob), owner and director of CNY Fertility Centers and CNY Healing Arts Centers, will appear on WCNY TV 24 (cable channel 11) on Friday evening, February 20th, 2009 at 10PM EST. He will be interviewed by George Kilpatrick on the subject of Ethical Reproduction. Joining him for this interview will be a husband and wife team who are former patients of Dr. Kiltz. They currently have 2 ½ year old triplets and will share their story as well.

Dr. Rob Kiltz founded the first successful IVF clinic, CNY Fertility Center, located in Syracuse, NY and also has Fertility Centers in Albany and Rochester, NY as well. Dr. Kiltz embraces an integrative approach to Fertility Care and offers his CNY Healing Arts Centers, at each of his three locations, as a way to embrace holistic eastern therapies for treatment in conjunction with western medicine.

Dr. Rob created the short video below to share his thoughts on the recent news topic of the birth of the Octuplets and the journey their family is going through. He encourages us to reach out with love and help during this time instead of encouraging negative responses.

When Dr. Robert Kiltz of Skaneateles began practicing medicine in the central New York area in 1997, he began alone. Without a single staff member, the doctor opened the area’s first fertility medical center in a 1500 square foot space at Community General Hospital.

By the time CNY Fertility Center celebrated its tenth anniversary last year, it had grown to include a staff of over 60 people, thousands of patients, and several thousand square feet of office space. Staff, patients and families gathered in huge numbers at the Rosamond Gifford Zoo to observe the anniversary.

Saturday, March 29 marked another, quieter anniversary for Dr. Kiltz and his thriving practice. It was the tenth birthday of Matthew, the child born from the first successful In-vitro fertilization (IVF) procedure performed at CNY Fertility Center. The child and his parents have chosen to remain anonymous throughout the years, but their story shares similarities to thousands of other people across the country who turn to IVF as their last hope for having a child.
