Hello and good morning. This is Dr. Rob and it is another awesome and amazing day.  This day I share some thoughts of the day.  In my thoughts and words, I create my deeds and my actions.  It is with love that I share all things.  We are but our thoughts.  Yet our thoughts are somehow that belief system within each and every one of us.  To align thy mind with that of our nature, goodness, and Godliness.

For these are the thoughts that I think this day as I listen to Wayne Dyer, Excuses Begone!  The great sages of the world, Lao Tzu, Buddha, Jesus, Zoroaster.  We are sharing ideas that help us, guide us to live our most awesome and amazing lives.  That takes us away from our pain, our worry, our regret, our judgment and help us live in love each and every day.  This is where God comes, for us to live in love of ourselves, of one another, of our enemies, as we label them.  For we label our friends, our family, our work partners, our schoolmates.  We label foreigners; we label those we believe against our enemies as we label them.  For us to recognize to see that we are all part of the same energy of the universe.  We’re all simply moving towards the same thing.  It is with love.

Yesterday, I stopped at the corner of Brighton Avenue and Intrepid Lane in Syracuse, and two gentlemen were kindly standing next to a sign that read, “Shame on Dr. Rob Kiltz for hiring non-union workers”.  They were sharing their thoughts, ideas, and energy.  I stopped, took a picture, and I got out and I wanted a picture.  One of them was hesitant and thought I was making fun of them; but in fact, I was simply interested in connecting, listening, and understanding.  I do understand that ultimately, we are all looking for the same thing—to enjoy our lives, our families, our loved ones, ourselves.  It is a little bit of the pushing and shoving or rubbing and connecting.  They are wonderful people that also have a craft to share as all others do.

These are the choices that we all make.  I always go back to Mother Theresa and her statement, “If you have a peace rally, I will come; yet I will not be present at an anti-war rally”.  We truly want to support what we truly believe in is love, a connection, peace and harmony.  The universe does change and evolve through this little bit of pushing and shoving and it’s all natural.  My blessings go out to these young men, these gentlemen, these craftsmen, who are sharing their thoughts and ideas of the process of their beliefs.  Somehow, we are all on the same, exact journey and we see it all differently.  Yet in fact, it is all one in the same and we are that.

When we learn to love, forgive, and live in non-judgment and feel the energy of oneness, a connection, we align our minds with that of God and the universe every day.  Every day we do the best we can and that is today’s best we can and tomorrow will be better.   I live with the words of don Miguel Ruiz each and every day, “No assumptions, take nothing personal, be impeccable with your word, and always do your best”.  Through the words of others that have come before that have helped share ways of aligning thy mind with God.  When you begin to think in aligning thy mind with God and love, kindness, generosity, and gratitude, all things come.  It is truly a blessing of love each and every day.  Be that kind, generous, loving energy of life.  It is through reading, listening to uplifting, positive words that we truly build the mind, the body, the soul, the energy of all things.  This is what you practice and live and grow.  This is how you and I come to understand that God is within each and every one of us.  We, in fact, are God.  In our thoughts of God, God exists.  Simple and easy.  In our thoughts of God, God exists.

When we give goodness to all people, all things, and recognize that the pushing and shoving is all part of the nature of the universe, close thy eyes and feel thy connect to one as all.  Love, forgive, no judgment.  To those members of the union; I love you and thank you for sharing your thoughts.  I know that we can send love.  We recognize that the universe will bring it together as it’s meant to be as we move forward and share and connect each and every day.  You are the love, the harmony, and God of the universe.

As you take a breath in with the nose, nice, slow and easy, and slowly out with the mouth.  That smile, walking meditation, for we are in constant walking meditation of life.  You and I are that energy of all things.  As the grass does not toil to grow, and the birds do not toil to fly and sing.  You need not toil to breathe, live, to enjoy each and every part of this journey of life as one.  All things happen exactly as they are meant to be.  When you think all things good, they are.  When you think all things bad, they are.  It is simply a choice as you are moving at life speed through the universe and connecting with all people and all things.

You are the blessing and gift of the universe to share the wonders of all things in this universe.  You are that creator of the wonders.  Simply take a breath and get up and do something.  Move.  Things happen in the simple doing.  Thinking is not truly not required.  You have it all within you.  Simply take a step and move and something will happen.  God will gift you the beauty of that thing each and every day.  Each and every day.  To align thy mind with the gift of God, the gift within you, the gift of all things as we are one and we are beauty.  We are all that same energy as we move at life speed, sharing each of our energy as one together as the bumps in the road slow it down.

Take a breath, slow it down, take a breath and feel that beauty, that joy, of the universe as you fly, as you soar, as you sing like the birds in the grass, you too, are moving and growing and changing and shifting.  You are the shift.  All things happen exactly as the Creator has created.  This is the beauty of the universe each and every day.  My blessings.  My love to you this day, as every day.
