Sharing my 3G’s: gratitude, goals and game plan. Remember this is a practice, it’s a work out, it’s easy to do everyday. It only takes, OK, maybe a half an hour in the morning. That’s the best time to do it because you are laying out the day. Remember if you’re watching the news or focusing on negative things in the morning, you’re laying out the day. You’re brain is very powerful. It sees this as “Oh my God, I have to get into the survival mode!”
