Dr. Rob KiltzSharing my 3G’s: gratitude, goals and game plan. Remember this is a practice, it’s a work out, it’s easy to do everyday. It only takes, OK, maybe a half an hour in the morning. That’s the best time to do it because you are laying out the day. Remember if you’re watching the news or focusing on negative things in the morning, you’re laying out the day. You’re brain is very powerful. It sees this as “Oh my God, I have to get into the survival mode!

Dr. Rob’s 3G’s:

Gratitude; thank you for this awesome and amazing connection of people that you have gifted me. I say thank you to my friends, my family at St. James Episcopal Church for allowing me to share my thoughts and my love and all of us to connect together.

Goals; share even more thoughts of love and connection with the Universe

Game plan; read and write it down everyday, a thousand times a day. Blessing of life, remember to touch thy feelings every day
