Gratitude:
For the amazing pilots, planes, stewards and all responsible for the efficient and pleasurable airplane flight that safely carried me to Colorado Springs.
For the staff so caring at CNY Fertility Center and Healing Arts Center that assist our clients.
For all I see and experience in a loving and learning way today
Goals:
To spend some loving and quality time with my friend Paul today.
To walk the Rocky Mountain Trail in Colorado and feel the energy of touching the peaks.
To write more loving and positive words today.
Game Plan:
Up early today to focus and let things be as they are.
Allow the day to unfold, pen and journal in my hand for my journey today.

Dr. Rob’s 3G’s (Gratitude, Goals, Game Plan)
Gratitude:
Waking up today to the love and joy of life
To my friends and family for their love
To all the gifted staff at work that allow me to travel knowing all is cared for
To the warmth of a morning shower, the clothes on my back, to the breath of life
Goals:
To care for my clients to the best of my ability
To read and complete my reading list this month
To write a letter to 3 friends or family today
Be kind to everyone I come in contact with today
To love and forgive all, beginning with myself
Game Plan:
Organize my desk first, then pack and prepare for my trip to Colorado
Spend time with my mom this afternoon prior to leaving town today
Send smiles and love as I carry out each task
Follow up on emails and phone calls
*Remember to create your intention of the day, do your 12 minute meditation, and write down your 3g’s of today. Thinking and inking is the key to creating your most awesome life, so write it all down.
