I’m proud to tell you that I’m going “behind bars” to help in the fight against muscle disease. I’m joining other community leaders to help raise critical funds for MDA, and I need your help to reach my bail!

On Sunday, December 11th, Dr. Rob Kiltz will be joined by Sheila Applegate, Joanne Bisesi and Teresa Huggins to present a relaxing and enlightening Day Retreat where you will learn about the art of intention and how to live better in the present moment!

The retreat will be held at CNY Healing Arts in Syracuse, NY from 10am-4pm. We will be utilizing the space in Dr. Kiltz’s beautiful, newly expanded, healing center at 195 Intrepid Lane, directly off of Brighton Ave. Cost to attend is $45 per person.
