My intention of the day

Oh yes it is in the head
All of it, amazing, of its needs
Its needs to be fed
Yes, Bread for the Head
Every day it must be fed
For I add to what is said
Invisible the word
A thought out of my head
The gift of the day
Playing with words, to think and say
To read each day and love away
All good and uplifting
Of journey and exploration
Of fantasy to reality
Knowing it is all
Simply in my head
And hunger it has
Wanting of knowledge
Of joy and happiness
To feed is to add
With the bread for the head
I read and write 30 minutes each day
Grazing and grazing as life gives me I said
This is the gift and joy of life
A practice of bread, all for the head
