The Universe has gifted us another wonderful day
Another beautiful and awesome way
Inner-cise to Exercise, build the strength within
The strengths are all within
And all you need to do is begin
To think of the strengths
Not weakness for this you will not win
To think and focus is to begin
To build thy strengths 7 minutes to win
Each day I say in the am to play
You are a winner, strong, and loving
It all is within, inside I say
All you need to do is think this way
For you are only a thought this day
I start the day with positive thoughts
To build the strength within
Always flying in the Universe again
All a thought I practice within
I am beauty and I am strong
I am loving and I am kind
I am giving and I am GOD
For you and I, are the same I see
All a blessing of what I be
Loved by all, always up again
For energy is we, and quantum we be
Love is the key, and it starts from thee
From thee we see and then we become
The strengths of love and kindness within
This I see with exercise of the inner
The heart and mind are one to me
And it vibrates to all of thee
A simply thought of strength to see
Love all and you are GOD to me
