Good Morning on this awesome and amazing day
The beginning is always the start of the way
Life notes are my intention this day

I have picked this up
And made a stance
To share the music
Of life and dance
The notes in life create thy prance
Yes the amazing, life romance
To write it down and sing it out
In you and me it is to hear and be free
All part and parcel, of life we be
the notes of thee
As  we move about
To love and cheer
Now share the lines and notes my deer
Fast or slow, high or low
To strum or beat, bellow or mellow
I love to dance with my feet
The amazing feat of life I know
Is that we are all part of the present and amazing life show
For the notes make me
And I sing with thee
Love is always the key to be
Or make the key of “C” from thee
For now I see the notes you be
And life is the beauty of your key
Your life notes make me

A breath is easy and thy notes do sing
Simple tai chi and yoga make thee
Make thee move and now we groove
As we dance and sing with the breath we bling
The breath comes in and energizes me
In one is the key to see all of thee
