Life is a box
A beautiful day
A simple thought
A way to create, YOU
The tools are within,
They are there, if you only dare
To do the work and find where
All is simple, now get up, and share
To read a book, write a thought
To share the story of fear my dear
And walk right in and see the gem
Of what you desire is life’s gift to thee
To paint a picture from the box
Share your thoughts and feelings of thee
This I see for you to be
If you bare, life will share
Not a dare, you will find where
The tricks of the trade are the beauty of you
All in the box, life’s gift is thee

Dr. Rob on my mind:
For us to share each day in life is the key to exploring the box. For the tools of life are already there and all we need to do is open the box. Life is an exploration and the toolbox contains all of the necessary equipment to live it to the fullest. All of our senses are gifted to you, to all of us, to get up and out, and to risk life. It is all risky and this is the intent. There is no need to fear, for the adventure of life is simply for us to move forward and enjoy. And as usual it starts with the thought. Life is a gift, for it is, all good. All is part of the adventures on the journey. Within each and every one of us are the tools to enjoy. Yes to enjoy all things. A smile, hello, I can, you can, I am, you are, we are, all, awesome and amazing. These are the most powerful tools we carry in the box of life. No need for high tech expensive gadgets (yet I do love them), for simple words are the power to love and enjoy all things.

It is a choice for each of us, each and every day, to turn the words around. To find the love within all things is only a thought. It is there and they are all gifts of the Universe. And the Universe has created YOU! Now, is the gift, with exactly the beauty and uniqueness of, YOU. Remember, it all begins in your head, your brain, your mind, for you are the perfect energy. “I love you”, are the simple words and the beginning of opening the box. If you start with yourself, then share with all, this will open up to the light and beauty within. Our power lies within our words, our thoughts, our heart, our soul. Practicing love and gifts of life words brings us to the joy of life. “Fear,” “worry,” “hard,” “I can’t,” are words that lead us to exactly that which you think, not where I want to go and I am sure not where you want to go either. The power box of life has the gems that share love and joy of all things. Love it, great, fantastic, all good, are beauty of life words, thoughts, that lead us to the true beauty within all people. All things. Life is the gift and all of the bumps are the joys of the creator. Hold on with ease and a smile to all of the gems in life.

Read and write the stories of the Universe and this is the sharing of the box within. Bringing all to the understanding that we are all the same and one with the energy of all things. The tool box is you.
