Video: Daily Intention – Songs of Beauty I Sing This Day

20 January 2010 by admin, No Comments

Good morning to all and a fantastic day I say
For each day is simply a thought, a way
An intention that paves the way:
Songs of beauty I sing this day
Each day I awaken, to the songs of life
They are in my head, and touch me I said
For love of life is all beauty, and songs thy fed
I sing the songs of life’s gifts each day with might
For the ups are up, high notes a way
And the downs I bellow and be so mellow
A way to see the beauty of thee
Out loud we bellow and attract good fellows
This keeps me happy and again so mellow
Energy of thee that touches all of me
And from me to thee my vibration bellows
Life is a song I sing with all of my bling
And with your bling we sing the love of all things
And all is beauty with the songs of Love
This day and every day we vibrate with song
And the songs of life are of  thy beauty
Love,

Dr Rob on my mind:
“Never underestimate the Universe,” a beautiful gift from my friends Joe and Jackie. A tee shirt with these words that bring to mind the power and beauty of all things within each and every one of us. Yes all persons. I personally like to overestimate the Universe, and know that it will produce exactly what I think about. I can and can’t do, are thoughts that the Universe will deliver. This is the exact way you and I, yes all of us,  think and visualize each and every day. So in fact to never underestimate the Universe is telling us to overestimate, and accept all things as the beauty and gift of the thought. We are in the here and now as the gifts of God, the Universe and creator of all things. And the Universe delivers beauty and amazing things to us each day. When we sing of the beauty in this world we are the creator of exactly this. For God (a.k.a. the Universe) is within each of us.

Singing the songs of life and projecting your voice to be heard by all is a gift, and simply takes practice. Our thoughts are often that we wish not to be heard, as we were often told in our youth.  Not only not  to be heard but at times not to be  seen. You and I are the products of our thoughts. And we have practiced them with television, reading, listening to those around us and then repeating these thoughts in our minds. I can’t sing, I can’t dance, I don’t like to do this or that. Now this is only a thought, and God, the creator of all things had you in mind when she brought your energy, to the material world. Let go of past thought that is restricting and holding you back. The best way to do this is to come to the positive thoughts and sing them out loud. I am the singer of beauty and love in all things. I can dance up the storms of the Universe and share the vibrations and beauty of me. The practice of anything, thought,  imprints on our minds and we live this in our daily lives. Thus the choice is to live with fear of being wrong or retribution, or the other thought is to live with joy and beauty, thus redemption from the Universe. It is all only a thought and to sing out loud your beauty each day, every moment with loving thoughts. The Universe grows and glows with our thoughts of its capabilities. And when we overestimate, go beyond and outside our comfort zones, we will be and are the creators of that. Go beyond and create thy life with vigor and songs of beauty. Blessings this and every day.

Dr. Rob’s 12 minute meditation;
I sing the beauty of life each day
I start with the smile, then take a breath
Slowly I go to create the flow
The energy comes to me from thee
In with the breath and a smile I be
Then slowly I let go of the songs I know
Of love and beauty in life I see
As I walk the garden of life from thee
Tai chi and yoga are to love and sing
And the vibrations touch every cell of me
All healing from the bottom of me is thee
I bring them up slowly to see
Love is simply the key, a breath I be
And the key of me is the beauty of thee
Walking, breathing, singing the songs of life
All beauty that we sing is bright
Breathe, smile, slowly……… and do this again
Namaste,
Dr. Rob
